Rental Terms & Conditions

ID Requirements:

• Valid working ID card, Aadhar card, or driving license (originals required for verification).
• Renter’s driving license should demonstrate at least one year of driving experience.

Prohibited Actions:

• Renter should not be intoxicated (alcohol or other substances) during pickup. Booking will be canceled without refund.
• Strict prohibition of smoking tobacco, weed, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the vehicle. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be charged upon detection.

Vehicle Usage Policies:

• Strict prohibition against carrying pets or commercial goods in the rented vehicle.
• Prohibition against using the vehicle for any commercial purpose without management knowledge (e.g., rentals or shooting purposes).

Responsibilities and Notifications:

• Renter is solely responsible for documenting vehicle condition (interior, exterior, tires, battery, wheel drums) with photos and videos before rental.
• Accuracy in pickup and drop timings as per booking. Delays in pickup won’t be considered, and timing will adhere strictly to booking timings.

Notification and Charges:

• Any delay in drop-off or extensions must be communicated beforehand; else, a ₹5,000 charge will apply for failure to inform.
• Doorstep delivery timings subject to driver availability and city traffic. Timing calculated upon customer vehicle receipt.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Renter is not allowed to handle vehicle spare parts without TheBikeHubRental.Com management’s permission in case of breakdown.
• Damage repair only from authorized service centers; a ₹10,000 penalty applies for repairs from local workshops.

Cleanliness and Payment:

• Interior cleanliness mandatory during drop-off. Charges of ₹1,500 for bad odor, vomit, or stains.
• No refund for extra fuel; full payment as per quotation required at pickup. No refund for early drop-off.

Speed Limits:

• Adherence to Indian government regulations limiting vehicle speed to 80 km/h. Ensures road safety and legal compliance.
